Our Language Assistance service is very easy to use. To request an interpreter:

1. Write a Text Message containing the context you need assistance for. Send this Text Message to Djini LAMP^*

2. A few seconds later, you will receive a Text Message from Djini LAMP prompting you for confirmation.

3. Check the language & charges and reply OK to confirm.

4. Your will receive a callback with an interpreter on the line as soon as one becomes available^**

** Premium requests are handled with the highest priority, followed by Standard requests and Value requests.

If you are already on the phone when we call you back, we will try to contact you up to 3 times.

Modify Service Charges

You can choose between Value, Standard and Premium services. The Premium service is delivered by certified Interpreters only and such requests are treated with the highest priority. To switch to Premium, simply send the word 'Premium' as illustrated below.

Value service requests have the lowest priority. To switch to Value, simply send the word 'Value'.

Modify Assistance Language

You can switch our assistance service to any language you have registered for. To request a language simply send the name of the language required as described below.
